In a sea of red, blue and yellow, stand out from the crowd! I have been successfully selling homes, helping sellers and buyers, in the Nelson region since 2007. I hope my reputation is for keeping the humanity in what can be a stressful time in people’s lives. I also feel strongly about charging fees that represent excellent value for money, and looking after my clients and customers with care that starts and finishes with the people involved in the transaction, not just the sale. I started my career with a lower fee company where I spent 8 years being mentored by a visionary local agent and I will be forever grateful for the wonderful real estate training she provided. Then I met an inspiring young man who talked my talk with regards to real estate. He was in the process of developing a new real estate company that had been recently started by another real estate visionary, wanting to change up the industry! They were focussing on putting the client in the frame as the most important part of the process. Sounds logical right, but it hasn’t always been, and still isn’t, the case in many real estate models in my opinion. So many of the same old real estate processes and cliches are continued today when the rest of the world has moved on. So I joined Tall Poppy in 2015, and was instrumental in bringing the brand to the Nelson area, being co owner of the first Tall Poppy Franchise. Almost 8 years later, it’s now time for me to have my own brand, where I am fully responsible for everything outside the legal framework of selling property. This means the look and feel of the brand can reflect who I am as a person, and my approach to selling property. That also means I can be agile and flexible in a constantly changing market, tailor the fee structure to match your own selling situation, keeping you front and centre throughout the selling process.
